We raise our cattle the way nature intended — without growth hormones, antibiotics, vaccines, or shortcuts. From carefully timed spring calving and the use of “calving ease” bulls to selective breeding for smaller, hardier Angus and Wagyu-cross genetics, every decision supports animal health and meat quality. Our cattle are exceptionally well-fed on organic, non-GMO feed and finished with a free-choice grain diet, allowing them to eat instinctively and develop rich marbling and natural nutrition. By embracing hybrid vigor and regenerative practices, we produce beef that’s clean, flavorful, and raised with purpose from start to finish.
